Once the design direction is finalized, we develop technical packs and detailed CADs based on your requirements. Our sampling unit produces prototype garments using selected fabrics and trims, allowing for real-time assessment of fit, silhouette, and finish. Every fabric undergoes quality inspection and, if required, lab testing for durability, colorfastness, and compliance.

After passing quality inspection, garments are prepared for dispatch. We offer flexible packing formats, including hanger packs, flat packs, polybags, or branded packaging, as per your specifications. Barcoding, price tagging, and labeling are handled in-house. Orders are carefully consolidated and shipped using reliable logistics partners, ensuring safe and timely delivery to your warehouse or port.

Our quality control process runs throughout production, with in-line and end-line inspections to ensure consistency.
